How to get a window seat?
Every seat in our planes has a window. They are huge so you will not loose a detail.

 

Can I speak with the pilot or with my companion?
Of course, except when approaching and take-off stages. Our planes have intercommunications to speak and listen comfortably.

 

Are this airplanes noisy?

 Noise level inside the cockpit allows us to mantein a conversation in a normal tone, In spite of that, we give you headsets for a higher level comfort.

 

What should I wear?
Comfortable gear and shoes.

 

What is the better seat of the plane?
Every seat has it´s window, and the pilot performs the flight in order that everyone enjoys the same sightseeings.

 

Are this kind of planes secure?
Definitely. Our planes fulfill all Civil Aviation Authorities standards. Our pilots are high experienced in this kind of flights. Dimensión Aérea is flying since 2005 and has done more than 5.000 hours with no accidents.

 

Is easy to get sick?
Could happen. Flights are performed in a gente way, but in case you feel sick during the flight, just tell to the pilot.

 

What about meteorological conditions?

Is very difficult to predict the weather conditions to the 100%, but we can forecast it with high accuracy 24 hours before the flight.                 Our flights are normally performed in the best weather conditions; but if it´s not possible to fly, don´t forget that you can put it off or even if you want, give your money back.

 

Is it possible to fly during weekends?
We fly every year day ( except December the 24th and 25th and January the 1st ). Customer service hours from 09 to 21 hours and flights can be performed from sunrise to sunset.

 

Have you got helicopters?
No, we only fly planes; if you are interested in an helicopter rental, we can manage it to you, but its price is much expensive because it has to be brought from other airport..

Which kind of planes have you got and what is its passengers capacity?
We fly three kinds of planes Vulcanair P68, twin engine for 5 passengers and Cessnas 172  and  177 for three passengers .

 

And what if flight is not possible to do due to bad weather conditions?
Is not very common, but in case of bad weather conditions you can postpone it for another date or even get your Money back.

 

How can I pay my flight?
When you book your flight, you pay the activity; directly to us, or to one of our partners via credit card, T/T or even by cash.

 

Wich experience do your pilots have?
Average of total hours of flight of our pilots is 1.500 hours, they are firefighting pilots, instructors and/or SAR pilots.

 

Is there any near place to eat?
Granada airport has it´s own restaurant. There is also a restaurant at 200 meters named “Airport” where you can eat by menú or “à la carte”.
